- Rebuild working relationships following investigations into bullying harassment, discrimination or the like, that were not substantiated;
- Re-energise team members so that they are comfortable and productive after conflict or investigation; and
- Improve understanding between members of the team.
Workplace mediations follow the facilitative model. The model encourages participants to speak to each other and focus on their future professional relationship.
