Assistance for everyone
- Lifeline provides all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. You can reach the hotline by calling 13 11 14 or texting 0447 13 11 14.
- Beyond Blue is a 24/7 helpline that provides support and information on anxiety, depression and suicide. You can call 1300 22 4636 to speak to someone or you can chat online via their website.
- Family Crisis Support assists families facing homelessness, mental health issues, family separation, all domestic violence, parental alienation, family financial hardships, even everyday domestic challenges. To speak to the team, you can email them on Team@FamilyCrisis.support
- 1800RESPECT is the national domestic family and sexual violence counselling, information and support service. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To gain their assistance, you can call 1800 737 732 or text 0458 737 732.
- National Debt Helpline is a not-for-profit service that provides free and confidential financial counselling and advice to Australians in debt problems. Access free resources and advice from financial counsellors by calling 1800 007 007
- Kids Helpline provides phone counselling to young people, aged 5-25 years old. Their website also provides resources and even a social platform for parents of young people. The helpline phone number is 1800551800

For women
- The Sanctuary is based in the Hills District. The Sanctuary provides safe, temporary, supported shelter, for up to 3 months, for women and their children who are escaping homelessness and/or domestic violence. You can email the team at manager@thesanctuaryshelter.org.au
- Diamond Women offers support and education to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. Based in Castle Hill, the service offers a safe space for you to navigate all the information, options and support available to you. You can contact them by emailing info@diamondwomen.com.au or calling 1300 851 592.

For men
- Mensline Australia is a free telephone and online counselling service that offers support for men all over Australia, anywhere, anytime. To access the service, call them on 1300 78 99 78.
- The Hills Mens Shed provides a community space for men to for men to connect, converse and create. The group aims to reduce loneliness and isolation in a fun environment. This Shed is based in Castle Hill, you can call them on 02 9680 2180.
- Mentoring Men is a free, one-on-one mentoring empowers men to get in and work it out at their own pace. Call them on 1300 583 925 to be paired with a mentor.
